We
accept purchase orders from educational organizations and state and local government agencies. Simply put the items you
need in your shopping cart and then check out with our Off-line
ordering option. Enter your email address where requested and
then submit your order. Our web site will then email you the descriptions
and pricing for the items and quantities you selected including
any quantity discounts.

the item descriptions and prices listed in the email to prepare
your purchase order and then fax it to us at (703)
204-0545.
We will acknowledge receipt of your PO and your order will be
shipped the same or next business day. Be sure to include a contact
person, telephone number and email address on your purchase order.
Your PO should include all information necessary for us to ship
and invoice your order. The shipping address must be a physical
address - UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
We only ship
to addresses in the continental USA at this time. There are no
shipping charges for UPS Ground shipping. If you need Next Day
Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select UPS shipping you will be invoiced
for the additional cost of expedited UPS shipping. We will deduct
the cost of UPS Ground from these charges so you only pay the
difference – you still get the free ground shipping dollars!
If you request priority UPS shipping your PO must authorize shipping
charges be added to the invoice total.
We provide
free prepaid UPS return shipping labels for you to return your
empty cartridges to us for recycling whenever they become available.
Billing terms on your PO should not exceed net 30 days without
prior authorization. If you have any questions about buying from
