WHEN
WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
- We ship 99% of all orders
the same or next business day.
- Business days are Monday
through Friday.
- Orders placed weekdays
after 4:00PM ESDT and on weekends are considered received the next
business day.
- We do not ship on weekends
or most national holidays. However, if UPS is operating during a
national holiday we are operating also.
- If we cannot ship your
order for any reason within our standard same or next business day
schedule we will contact you immediately. No charges are made to your credit card until your order is shipped.
- If your order is for
an unusually large quantity of products that is greater than our
normal stock we can usually ship part of your order immediately
and the balance of your order within two or three days at most.
In such cases we will contact you by telephone to be certain we
are meeting your needs in a manner that is acceptable to you. In
the case of multiple UPS ground shipments there are no additional
shipping charges.
HOW
WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We always notify you via
email when your order has been completed and include your UPS tracking
number in the body of the email. All orders are shipped via United
Parcel Service (UPS). We currently offer free UPS Ground shipping
on all orders. We also offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select
priority UPS shipping if desired.
We will deduct the cost
of UPS Ground shipping from the cost of UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day
Air or 3 Day Select shipping - you only pay the difference! We charge
actual UPS rates with no mark-up and no shipping and handling charges!
Shipping is limited to locations in the continental US at this time.
WHEN
WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are located in Virginia
near Washington, DC. Below is a UPS map of the current number of days
required for UPS to deliver a package shipped from our Merrifield,
VA Customer Service Center to commercial locations throughout the
continental US. Add one additional business day if your order is being
shipped to a residential address. UPS always adds on one day for orders
going to a residence. If your business is located in a residence it
is considered a residential order by UPS - not a commercial address.
Weekends and holidays do
not count as "in-transit" times at UPS. Always compute the
number of days required to receive your order in regular work week
days, do not include weekends and holidays.

HOW
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We always send you the
tracking number for your package by email from the UPS web site. We
also email you a copy of your invoice with the tracking number in
the invoice after processing your order. If you do not receive these
emails it is due to an email problem. You can always contact us at
(800) 760-7809 or via email at customercare@infinityimaging.com to request
your UPS tracking number.
You can track your package
anytime with your tracking number by visiting www.ups.com and entering
your tracking number in UPS's package tracking web page.
WHAT
IF MY PRODUCT IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
Call us at (800) 760-7809
and we will quickly ship you a replacement product, or issue you a
full refund if required, independent of UPS. If time is available
for UPS to trace a lost package we will work with you and UPS to locate
your package and complete delivery in a timely fashion.
