We may never recover lost land
in the Washington Metropolitan Area once it becomes a landfill -
and it will stay a landfill for generations! Lake Accotink Park
in Fairfax, VA will never become a landfill! It is protected
property purchased by Fairfax County under special terms that
require it to remain a public park for us to enjoy forever! We
could use many more such protected areas and natural open space in
the Washington Metro Area!
Every cartridge that we keep out of
the trash can preserves an amount of land space about equal to a
phone book! Reusing the plastic and aluminum parts that can be
reliably remanufactured saves as much as two quarts of oil every
time they are reused. Many of the plastic and steel parts in
cartridge, such as the plastic covers, axles and toner tanks, can
be virtually remanufactured indefinitely!
Many of the major cartridge
manufacturing companies have developed extensive and responsible
recycling programs to recover the reusable parts from empty
cartridges for reuse! Just look on most original brand cartridge
boxes and you will often see a statement confirming the use of
recycled parts, although you may have to look on the bottom of some
boxes to find it!
Infinity's
remanufacturing process recovers the maximum percentage of reusable
parts and depletes the minimum amount of energy and natural
resources to produce a competitive product! Some of the plastic laser cartridge covers have probably been
reused dozens of times since we started business in
1991.
Recycling is a better
approach to life for individuals, businesses, communities and our
country today! You can successfully recyle your laser printer,
fax and copier supplies if you choose a company with the knowledge,
technology, resources and experience to produce a reliable, high
quality product!
We invite you to join us and our
customers in helping preserve our limited natural resources for
future generations to enjoy! |
